1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Ticarium Business Tycoon website and services operated by Yuyuto Games OÜ ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and, for purchases, the Sales Agreement.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and, where applicable, be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data.

3. ACCOUNT & PLAYER ID

Access to purchases, gift codes and daily rewards requires a valid in-game Player ID. You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your Player ID.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, exploit bugs for economic gain, or use automated tools against the website.

5. VIRTUAL ITEMS

Virtual currency and items (including Gold Bars) have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable outside the platform, and are governed by the Sales Agreement.

6. AVAILABILITY

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, store, Gift Center, daily rewards or point store, and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
